Rune, a Go IDE nine years in the making, goes open source

After nine years of solo development in the dark, Rune, an IDE written in Go, is now open source under GPLv3, with the author showing up in the thread to explain the reasoning. Elsewhere, goimports finally gets the green light to repair non-conventional import grouping and ordering itself, closing out a proposal that has been open since 2017. And on the delightfully useless end of the spectrum, someone dug up a Wolfenstein 3D clone they wrote in Go twelve years ago on raw OpenGL with hand-rolled physics, which is a nicer thing to find in an old directory than most of what tends to live there.
