regexp accepts RE2's DFA matcher

The regexp package is getting RE2's DFA matcher ported in, with the proposal now accepted after years of discussion about swapping between the NFA, onepass and backtracker engines. Elsewhere, JetBrains publishes a practical Python versus Go comparison that leans on their developer ecosystem data, and a dev.to piece reminds everyone that Go 1.25's automatic GOMAXPROCS from cgroup CPU limits is lovely, but GOMEMLIMIT is still a problem you own.
